Ronstan Bridge to Bridge race- San Francisco, Ca
I tried to run the course a few days earlier in the week and develop a strategy based on the winds and tides along the city front and in the southern shipping channel. 2012 US Windsurfing Nationals Rocked!
The 2012 US Windsurfing Nationals, presented by the American Windsurfing Tour wrapped up last Thursday. The event was fantastic, with freestyle, formula and slalom racing all taking place in four action packed days. The weather in Hood River was perfect; sunny, warm and windy. Racing Begins at Nationals in Hood River
Day two at the 2012 US Windsurfing Nationals presented by the American Windsurfing Tour started slowly with a perfectly calm morning. The restful conditions allowed all the racers to settle into the Hood River Event Site and get all their gear rigged up and ready. Formula North American’s end in San Fran. Nationals Begin in Hood River
The Formula Windsurfing North American Championships wrapped up in San Francisco this past weekend. Racers had classic fantastic San Francisco conditions! Winner Wilhelm Schurmann beat out the stiff competition to take first place.
