When you can see the nose of the board through the sail and the sail is perpendicular to the board and your sail is acting like a flag:
She takes a step back with her back foot
She rotates her whole body until she can just see the front of the board in line with the mast
She moves her front foot 4 inches behind the mast foot
Shoulder width apart
Very close together in front of the nose
Much wider than shoulder width apart
You are sailing upwind
You are sailing downwind
You are not sailing
