Itıs time to move to the other side of the board. Her front foot goes around the mast and back foot slides forward to meet it.
When she feels stable she tilts the rig forward
She steps back on the board to get more of her weight forward
When she feels stable she will pull the sail in slightly and the nose of the board will continue to turn until she is crosswind again. She starts sailing.
