Photo 1 and 2: To continue the jibe lean the rig out over the water and shift your weight to the same side you are leaning the rigr

Photo 3 and 4: The board will turn down wind. When you can see the front of the board in line with the bottom end of the sail you know itıs time to flip the sail

Photo 5: Take a step to secure your body against the pull of the sail. Step forward so you are secure

Photo 6: Here is a close up of Beth's feet when she is in the position indicated in photo 4.

Photo 7 : When your body is secure and your feet are stable level the boom by sliding your front hand toward the front of the boom

Photo 8, 9 and 10: When the boom is level to the water and the hand is close to the mast release the back hand from the boom. Cross the back hand over to the other side of the boom in normal sailing position.

Photo 11 and 12: Release your front hand and place it shoulder width on the boom and go sailing
