1) Swing the sail to the back of the board and the board will begin to turn up into the wind

2) Keep the sail tilted back and the board will continue to turn
|
 |
3) Board continues to turn . Note the sail is tilted to the original sail position
|
 |
4) When you are on the other side you have turned the board 180 degrees
