Taking a step back with her back foot
Bringing the sail over into the wind so that it is balanced and will stay there by itself
Moving her front foot 4 inches behind the mast foot
Stepping back, placing her back heel over the center line, toes facing slightly forward
Bringing the rig over into the wind so that will balance by itself
Bringing her front foot about 4 inches behind the mast foot.
